In January of 2021, I heard a talk from Dr. Mary Healy, and she said that the best kept secret in the Bible is the power of praise - how the praise of God really strengthens you! The next day, I picked up my guitar and began praising God in my morning prayer with songs that I knew. Soon enough, I began writing my own songs. An old gift had been rekindled in a new way. Since that time I wrote many songs and prayed with them. Here I am pleased to share some songs with you that I think are ready to be made public, so that you too can sing and pray with them.

I love praying with scripture. Many of my songs include themes from scripture. I hope you find them useful in your own worship time! As I bring myself in the presence of God and sing these sings, I have truly discovered, as the Psalmist says, that in God's presence there is fulness of joy (Psalm 16:11).
